Let’s
go south, following the sun ...
“Let’s
go to Saalbach-Hinterglemm!” That was DJ The Wave’s
motto at the beginning of October. There he wanted to do a tandem
flight with Mike Küng who was attending a meeting of
the adidas adventure team.
DJ
The Wave who created the ultimate summer-party-song
2003 had already jumped from a plane with a parachute-tandem-master
and had also jumped from a bridge just supported by a Bungee-rope
around his leg. Paragliding had to be added to his
list of adventures.
So
they got into a landrover and drove to the takeoff
point: They got the glider ready, did three steps, and Mad Mike and
DJ The Wave were airborne. They did a few wingovers
along the hillside and then they were off into the valley. Here DJ
The Wave really proved that he was fit for extreme sports. A man who
is able to dance all through the night can’t be too much impressed
by an 18-meter-spiral.
Markus
(TIROL TV) filmed the whole event and the film will
be shown every hour on CHILLY MAGAZINE ( 28/10/03
to 31/10/03) you
can already watch the cut at NACHTSCHICHT Disco in
Innsbruck.
There will be
an interview with DJ TheWave and Mike Küng in Kronenzeitung
on October, 15th, 2003.
